The Manhattan at Times Square Hotel

Rooms vary wildly depending on floor. Higher floors (19+) have upgrades, but lower floors are worn out with dirty carpets, broken TV, poor water pressure, and construction noise. Staff ranges from rude to helpful. Location is excellent but doesn't justify the price or condition.
