Cons Upon arrival we had someone else’s trash still in one of our trash cans and a leftover sock from someone else’s near the curtain in our room. For being a Marriott property, I expected a bit better than that.

Uncomfortable Stay
The Location was good
Cons The stay was made extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant due to the staff's persistent expectation of receiving tips for virtually every service provided. Rather than making guests feel welcome and relaxed, many interactions felt transactional and pressurizing. During breakfast service, staff openly expected a tip for serving food. At the bar, simply pouring a drink was accompanied by an expectation of additional gratuity. Even when luggage was stored for a brief period while guests took a short walk outside after a long flight, there was an apparent expectation of payment in the form of a tip. Guests choose hotels to relax, unwind, and enjoy a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, the constant pressure to tip for every routine service created an atmosphere of discomfort and frustration, detracting significantly from the overall stay. Hospitality should make guests feel valued and at ease, not repeatedly put in situations where they feel obligated or pressured to provide additional payments for standard services.
