Nothing at all.
Cons After 10 hours on a plane when we got to the hotel we were bumped out of our room. Instead we had to go to a Holiday Inn an Uber ride away. But why? A so-called Manager, Ms L Sauce gets special mention for giving NO useful information or reasons as to why our room was not available. Totally unacceptable.

It was ideal for flying out of Denver Airport, especially with a 0630 flight.
We had an early flight and it only took 5 minutes to get to the check in desk
Cons Despite paying in advance through Booking.com we appear to have been charged an extra £74.23, despite only sleeping in the hotel. They said they would e-mail me a receipt, I never received one and have no idea why I was charged anything.
