Cool
La proximité avec tous les commerces.
Cons Rien de particulier.
The place was in the perfect location. The room was nice and clean. The best beds to sleep in. And the shower was nice and hot. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
I like the Westin. I say in a lot of Westin Hotels worldwide. Staff needs to improve at this hotel
Location
Cons Staff. No sense of hospitality or friendliness show to visitors
The staff at the hotel was so helpful and anticipated our every need. The hotel's location is exceptionally good. You are right in the middle of Times Square and can get a lot done on foot.
This was our first trip to NYC and this stay made it comfortable, convenient, and classy!
Excellent location- in the heart of it all but still quiet and friendly
