The front desk team was extremely attentive and always willing to assist with any need. The location is also fantastic
Cons The room is extremely compact, leaving barely enough room to unfold a suitcase. The window is small, fully obstructed by a large air-conditioning unit, and lacks double glazing, allowing significant street noise to enter

I like the location and the front desk staff was very friendly.
Cons Like any New York Hotel it was extremely small in the room. The AC unit is ancient and does not work that well. The mattress seemed a little soft for me.
