My daughter had her wedding reception on the rooftop of the hotel. The staff and management went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you Mike, Frank, and Patrick for helping us celebrate this very special occasion.
Cons The a/c was not functional in the first room we were placed in, but they moved us once we reported the issue.

Buena opción, especialmente si buscas cercanía a Manhattan sin pagar precios de Manhattan.
Si viajas para el US Open o simplemente quieres una base cómoda cerca de Manhattan sin gastar de más, este hotel cumple. La ubicación es su punto más fuerte: la línea 7 queda a pocas cuadras y te lleva directo, sin transbordos, al USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Para moverte hacia Manhattan tienes además las líneas N y W a poca distancia, siendo estas las que dejan más cerca del hotel. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están bien equipadas, con housekeeping diario (aseo y cambio de toallas todos los días) y un buen nivel de limpieza en general. El wifi es rápido, hay caja de seguridad en la habitación y el nivel de ruido es bajo, algo de agradecer después de caminar todo el día por la ciudad. Un punto destacado es la terraza: buena comida, buenos tragos y una vista hacia Manhattan bastante buena. Es un lugar agradable para tomar algo de noche antes de ir a descansar. El hotel también ofrece desayuno desde temprano (no lo probé, así que no puedo opinar sobre ese punto), y en los alrededores hay un bar y una cafetería para desayunar que están bastante bien.
Cons El único punto a tener en cuenta es de noche: si te mueves por la línea F hacia ese lado, la zona se siente menos segura, con más desorden en el entorno. No tuve ningún incidente, pero es incómodo. Mi recomendación es priorizar las líneas 7, N o W de noche, ya que se camina por calles más iluminadas y con más movimiento, además de ser las que te dejan más cerca del hotel.
