Lovely, Location, and price

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, so it was a good value by NYC standards.

The size of the room was good for New York City. I liked that there was an actual closet, a queen size bed, a desk and a chair, a tv, coffee machine, and a lovely bathroom. The room was fresh and clean with white linens. It was a bit dark because the shades were pulled because there were no views. But the lighting in the room was good. I particularly thought the staff were friendly and helpful, and didn't charge to hold my luggage so I could go sight seeing even after I had checked out of the hotel. Also, when I needed change for a tip, the bar man was very nice about making change. The front desk crew were also awesome and are an asset to the hotel.

Cons There really wasn't anything that I did not like, except perhaps the fact that there was construction in front of the hotel.

Een volgende keer zou ik zonder twijfel weer dit hotel boeken.

We hadden een topkamer: ruim, met een prachtig balkon, goed bed en ruime badkamer. Daarnaast hoorden we amper geluid van de straat of van andere gasten in het hotel. Een prima plek dus om tot rust te komen na een dag druk NYC! De locatie van het hotel is ook prima: op loopafstand van Grand Central Sation, The Summit and Times Square.
