Staff lack attentiveness with baggage and room assistance. Smoking permeates common areas and rooms despite being a 4-star property. Views of the Martyrs monument and botanical garden are nice, but the hotel needs renovation, better breakfast quality, and improved language accommodation for non-French speakers.
