Staff delivers exceptional service throughout the property. Rooms show age with worn furniture and dark decor, but bathrooms stay pristine and clean. Elevators run fast, gym impresses, and restaurants serve excellent food.

Beds are comfortable with good pillows and mattress firmness. Staff goes above and beyond with service. Breakfast buffet is excellent but pricey, and ground floor shops overcharge significantly.
