The location and staff are solid, but the rooms have real problems. Guests reported construction noise, uncomfortable beds, erratic AC that snaps constantly, and inconsistent cleanliness with hair in the tub and bed. Breakfast and views are nice, but you pay premium prices for subpar room quality.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds, but shower design floods the bathroom floor and noise from the street or kitchen affects lower floors. Staff sometimes dismiss legitimate room complaints instead of fixing them. The rooftop pool is tiny and neglected.

The location is decent, but the rooms and hallways are dirty and need work. Breakfast is basic and repetitive. Expect maintenance issues like leaky showers, broken key cards, and staff who won't clean unless you hang the service sign.
