Rooms are small but comfortable with everything you need. Staff quality varies wildly: breakfast and cleaning staff shine while reception can be unhelpful or arrogant. The Södermalm location near the metro is excellent, breakfast is good, but expect crowded mornings and be persistent if you need help with bookings.
