Rooms are clean and cute with good bay views, but the restaurant serves slow and mediocre food. Construction noise wakes guests early with no compensation offered. Staff are friendly but undertrained, sometimes entering rooms without knocking.

Staff and location are excellent, but the rooms are uncomfortable with hard beds, broken AC, and zero soundproofing. Expect constant noise from surrounding bars and restaurants, especially Thursday nights with live music until after midnight. Some bathrooms lack hot water and privacy.
