The Love Your Room Guarantee
If your room lets you down, tell us once. Roomza pays you at least $25, then a real person takes your case to the hotel and fights for more, so you can get back to your trip.
Included with every Roomza booking. No add-on. No fee.
Every booking
The guarantee is already included.
At least $25
Paid by Roomza, not the hotel.
One honest review
That is the whole claim.
The handoff
No form. No support ticket. No proof-of-suffering photos. Write the review you would write anyway, from the account that booked, during your stay or within 30 days.
You say it once
“The room wasn’t what I booked.”
A room rated 2 or less out of 5 triggers the guarantee on its own.
$25 comes from Roomza. It does not wait for the hotel to agree.
A real person makes the case and keeps pushing, up to the full value of the stay.
Real money. Real backup.
The guaranteed payment and the hotel recovery are separate on purpose. You never have to wonder which part depends on the hotel.
Roomza promises at least
$25
At least $25, once per stay, paid by us. It is cash behind the promise, not a credit, coupon, or refund that waits on hotel approval.
Roomza fights for
Up to your full stay.
Whatever the hotel returns is passed to you on top of the $25. Amounts above the minimum depend on the hotel, so we never promise them up front. We do promise that somebody at Roomza owns the fight.
Here is what having a side looks like
The hotel has policies. The front desk has a line. You have a trip to salvage. So Roomza picks up the miss, pays you first, and takes the argument off your hands. Not a queue. Not a chatbot. A person whose actual job is to keep pushing.
We ran hotels for five years. We know how often the front desk shrugs.
This guarantee exists so that shrug becomes our problem, not yours.
The promise, signed
The complete promise in plain language, so you know exactly when we step in.
The guarantee comes with the booking. There is nothing to add on, nothing to opt into, and nothing to pay for it. It covers any way the room materially misses what you booked or what Roomza told you about it: the noise, the condition, the view, or the wrong room entirely.
Every Roomza booking comes with backup
Nothing to add on. Nothing to opt into. If the room misses, you are not handling it alone.
No forms, no support ticket, no proof-of-suffering photos. If the room lets you down, say why in your review, from the account that booked, during your stay or within 30 days after checkout. A room rated 2 or less out of 5 triggers the guarantee on its own.
Our concierge team contacts you and pays you $25, once per stay, and that is the minimum, not the offer. It is a payment from Roomza, not a discount, not a credit, not a refund routed through anyone else. It does not wait on the hotel agreeing with you.
Say you booked a high floor for the quiet and got the loading dock. A real person from our team takes that to the hotel, makes the case, and keeps pushing. Whatever the hotel returns is passed to you, on top of the $25, up to the full value of your stay. Amounts above the minimum depend on the hotel, so we never promise them up front. But somebody at Roomza is on it, and it is their actual job.
Payouts and scores are fully separate systems. A guarantee claim does not lower a room's score, and a good score does not void a claim. Reviews must be honest and first-hand: a review written to farm the payout rather than describe the stay voids it, and fraud voids it entirely.
