Open your trip in My Roomza and use the cancel button. It is always there on a live Roomza booking. It tells you what canceling means before you confirm.
The free cancellation window
Every rate shows its cancellation policy before you pay. Your trip page shows the same policy after. Refundable rates have a free cancellation deadline. Cancel before it and the payment for the stay comes back to your original payment method in full. The refund is sent right away, and your bank may take a few days to post it.
After the deadline
Some rates are non-refundable from the start. A refundable rate becomes non-refundable after its deadline. The cancel button stays visible either way, and when a refund is off the table, the button says why. You are never left guessing.
No phone call needed
No forms. No waiting on hold. The trip page does it, and a note lands in your inbox once it is done. If anything looks wrong after, contact us.
