You pay once, at checkout, for the amount shown as the total charged today. Checkout runs through Nuitee, our travel supplier. Nuitee processes the payment for your stay.
What you will see
- The exact total is on screen before you pay, every time. What you see is what is charged.
- Some hotels collect resort or property fees at the desk. When that applies, checkout shows a separate "Due at the hotel" line before you pay. See Taxes and fees.
If something goes wrong
A booking is only a booking once it is confirmed. If a booking cannot be completed after payment, our team is alerted right away. They make sure the payment comes back to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds always return to the payment method you booked with. For how cancellation refunds work, see How do I cancel a booking?
