Right after you book, two things happen. Your trip appears in My Roomza. A confirmation email goes to your account's address.
Your trip page
The trip page is the source of truth. It holds the hotel, the dates, what you paid, and the cancellation terms. It holds your confirmation number and the cancel button too. If the email ever goes missing, everything is there.
The confirmation email
It comes from Roomza (hello@updates.roomza.com). Not there in a few minutes? Check spam. Then check the address in your settings.
Booking reference vs. confirmation number
Some hotels issue their own confirmation number a bit after booking. Until then, your trip may show a booking reference. It is the same reservation. The hotel's own number appears on the trip page as soon as the hotel issues it.
A stay booked somewhere else
Trips you booked elsewhere can live in My Roomza too. Add them from your trips. Roomza then backs that stay with room intel and reminders.
