Your preferences are the standing facts about how you stay. High floor or low. King bed or two queens. Quiet over view. Set them once and Roomza remembers.
Where to set them
New accounts walk through a short setup. You can change it all later in your settings. Loyalty programs and travel cards live there too.
What they do
- They ride on your bookings. Your preferences are written onto the reservation the hotel receives, in plain words, next to any exact-room ask.
- They sharpen picks. The concierge and your search results lean on them. A light sleeper gets pointed away from rooms with a noisy score.
What they never do
Preferences never change a room's score. Scores are evidence from verified stays. Your preferences only decide which evidence matters most to you.
