AMAZING!
LOVE! Can't wait to go back when we have more time and space to be there. We just had one night in a bridge view room and this was one of my all time favorite hotel rooms of all time. Just stunning. Such a good vibe around the place and the room is so conformable and well done. Bed and bedding was excellent. The soap and shampoo products they provide are high quality and I wanted to buy some to take home. I think its this really posh English brand from the Cotswolds but im not 100%. Room service was quick and delicious. Check in and check out was so easy and all the people were really great. Basically service was excellent. When i go back I want to check out the spa downstairs, again looked so awesome but I didn't' have the time.
Cons The only think I didn't love was the noise. But its to be expected, the room literally faced the Brooklyn bridge.
