i really love the hotel, next time i probably stay in there.

Cons In the gym, they don’t allow you to use your phone for facetime to train with your personal trainer. It is the first time i came across such a situation and was a bit weird. all around the world i trained with my pt via facetime and it did not occur any problem.

Cons Being woken up by drilling somewhere above me at 9am when due to late flight arrival I had only got to hotel at 3am and had asked for a quiet room. Room cleaning service was not what I would have expected for this type of hotel. When it came it was good It’s just it didn’t always come! One my first day despite asking it never happened until turn down service and other days it was unpredictable. I always seemed to be asking. I do understand emergency work arises but for the cost of the room this was not acceptable for me at 9 am

Back to the 1 Hotel South Beach, our # 1 choice in Miami. We’re feeling and living our time at the 1 more and more like home. Elegance, kind service and treatment and wonderful facilities. Recommend in room dining and dining at AVIV, where we had a wonderful experience.
