Cons The elevator situation with sharing the parking garage was a little inconvenient. We had to bake in 15 everytime we went anywhere to be able to get off of the 7th floor.

Beautiful Hotel Marred by Surprisingly Loud Street Noise
In the heart of downtown, I was actually surprised at how nice the hotel was. Very modern, well-appointed, and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was serviceable-to-good with amazing views over downtown.
Cons Warning: downtown Asheville is surprisingly loud and could really use some noise abatement ordinances. There was a constant parade of motors (and very loud motorcycles) and EMT sirens until very well past midnight flooding the hotel's soundscape. Did not like that at all. Sadly, espressos ordered at breakfast arrived cold (probably poured into cold cups, not the waiter's fault). Espresso on second order was cold. Someone needs to warm the cups.
