Rooms are spacious and comfortable but suffer from serious noise problems: you hear footsteps from above, weights dropping in the gym, and guests dragging chairs. Dust and cleanliness issues exist. Staff at reception are dismissive and rude, though some employees help. Construction noise disrupted stays without warning.
