Great stay except for lamp.
Location, vibes, design
Cons Bedside lamp did not work, and despite a two night stay, never replaced.

Lovely, clean
Very comfy bed, nice decor. Friendly staff
Cons Would have liked tea bags and real spoons in the room
We had a great stay overall!
Professional and pleasant staff at front desk. Onsite restaurant with great service. Also the clean room, and beds were made daily. Hotel is accessible to several modes of transportation. I liked the quiet room, and that we could walk or get transportation easily. There was a water machine on our floor, and I could refill my thermos.
Cons We both hit our legs on the hard edge of the bed closest to the bathroom. Didn’t see an ice machine on our floor.
A great place to stay if you are visiting NYC
The hotel is very well connected to various subway lines. It is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood but with many shops and places to eat nearby
Blah!
needs major updates. dirty rugs and bathroom tiles with soap scum. Worn out furniture
Always love the ace hotels
Lovely property and great location in Brooklyn
Cons Cost per night was high but it is expensive city in general
