Location, parking was close, room was comfortable and spacious. breakfast was great

Definitely have to return to see the rooftop finished

From the moment we booked the staff were amazing with requests. When we got there all were even better. Totally recommend staying there.

Cons We were sad as the pool and rooftop bar were being renovated

Hard to say Nothing stood out Breakfast was ok but could have been better there was no cold meats or cheese The kitchen staff amd room service staff were very friendly

Cons The parking facilities Rude male employee gave us a slip of paper to scan as we had paid and it didn't work, we had to park at the Wilson car park, and pay there. There were young lads had their car broken into so its not very safe We booked through booking.com and it said we got an upgrade to king suite, the room the rude guy gave us had 2 single beds! There was only 2 bottles of water for two people for two nights, bit stingy, they charge if you ask for more No gym or pool on site, you find out after you book on booking.com that the roof top is closed There was no biscuits with the tea and coffee, we get them in a basic motel. This hotel is not worthy of a 4 star The door into the bathroom was very noisy

Comfortable and clean. Nice big rooms. Beds super comfy.

Cons The buffet breakfast was a bit bland and cold. But otherwise plenty to choose from.

The staff was so friendly and the rooms were huge, clean and cozy. Everything smelled really nice. Loved it!
