Cons The rooms were just alright Overall staffs felt less so getting help especially in Al Khairan was difficult . Buffet options was limited yet the price was the same. I can back in November last year and it has much more options and more staff to cater. Could be the time and season but I felt the difference.

Location of the property is unbeatable. It’s super green, sun-beds are in the grass with the palms around, from everywhere you can see beautiful (for this places) mountainous landscape. Breakfast is exceptional. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Muscat cause it’s only 15 min away by far and definitely better than anything else.

Cons I didn’t like only small details like absence of body lotion in the room. Cause normally you don’t take such things to 5 star places.
