Très bon séjour, personnel très agréable - Les piscines sont bien entretenues, il y en a pour tout les goûts (enfants, adultes ...) Les chambres étaient refaites et au goût du jour.

Best resort beautiful island
Everything was right there and anything we needed the hotel had of they got it. I smashed my finger in the patio door end up needed stitches and my finger is broke.. Alaia staff drove us to the private hospital and waited on us. The staff made sure I was taken care of in every way!

Staff was very friendly.. absolutely love the room and balcony! A great stay!
Cons I wish the all-inclusive was affordable.. unfortunately we had to opt out of the all-inclusive because of how expensive it is for very few restaurants.

Nice, clean modern Hotel with great facilities. Pro Dive right out the front was extremely convenient and staff were great.
Cons Sargassum smell and subsequently no swimming in the sea waters. This was a massive turnoff. I know its outside the hotels control, but this would effect any future bookings. The Restraunt food was very average, and lacked attention.
