Amazing stay at Alexandra
We came to Alexandra for our honeymoon and loved it!! The staff were all amazing!! Cheeky, Ace, Smiley, Agustin, Anderson, Ayisha, and all other staff were so friendly.

Staff made the entire resort even better
This entire resort was phenomenal. The room was perfect for my family, and location was absolutely amazing. There were so many fun activities to keep us busy and the food was great. The real thing that made the resort was the staff. They were so welcoming and friendly, and truly made the trip so special.
Overall great
Overall great stay and vacation. Highlights were Silvie at the jerk chicken shack. Her food was amazing and she was always smiling and willing to help. Had that for lunch everyday of our stay. Beach was fantastic and overall accommodating staff. Some staff however not real friendly. Resort could do better with snack bar very limited choices. Restaurant options are limited and website oversells it. Food was good but very very casual not much upscale to the dining experience. Entertainment is less than average but it was something. Bathrooms near the main restaurant and pool could use much improvement. Resort was overall clean. Overall good experience but some things were left to be desired as mentioned. Silvie was the best and the resort should take care of her and make sure others learn from her! Sister property BlueHaven had good restaurants and nice property but man made beach in marina and tiny pool. Upscale feel compared to Alexandra.

My wife and I had a great time at our honeymoon. Great atmosphere all around. Thanks to cheeky! Making the night time entertainment a lot more enjoyable!
