We left a day early.
It was clean.
Cons Room was tiny, bathroom door didn’t close, sink wouldn’t drain, light was out above the bed, and it was extremely loud at night but it was a Saturday evening in Cleveland, so that’s to be expected.
Aloft Cleveland Downtown
Rooms are modern but small, with a faulty bathroom door.
Praised forgreat location · friendly staff · clean rooms · good food
Flagged fornoise from outside · design flaws in rooms · high valet costs · limited meal options nearby

Lots of elevators and long walks to the car or to have a cigarette
Convenient location
Cons Lack of room in the room for the price
My stay was good. The room was small not what I excepted.
It was ok.
Cons Small space
Never again.
Front desk staff was kinda nice
Cons PARKING! $45 if you wanted valet $28 to park yourself but you couldn’t go in and out without having to pay again. We were there for a show which meant we couldn’t even check in until AFTER the show. Which meant NO shower after riding 6 hrs in the car. Bed too soft. Checkout is NOON. Housekeeping started beating my door down at 10am. My alarm was set for 1115!! Relentless! The sink for the bathroom was the slowest draining sink ever. No way you could leave the water run to wash your face!! The view also sucked. A bridge.
Will stay again
Location and rooms
Cons I liked it all
Highly recommend and will book again in the future!
Very clean with very nice rooms. Friendly and prompt staff. Parking garage attached to hotel and very easy to navigate parking garage to hotel.
