Cons Breakfast
We stayed at Amara Hotel Singapore from 3-9 August and overall had a pleasant experience. However, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service during the cleaning of our room on 7 August. The used coffee cups were left unwashed, the stuffed toys were not placed neatly on the bed as before, opened complimentary amenities were not cleared away. Additionally, the towels were not fully replenished. The water in the bathroom was not draining properly so we need to wait a while so as not be flooded.This seemed like an isolated incident, as the rest of our stay has been quite enjoyable.
