Friendly and spacious stay
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were top notch. Accommodation is large and spacious well suited to the family.
Very enjoyable and will book again.
the breakfast was amazing, staff were very helpful
Cons the pillows were not to our liking and the mattress was very hard, also when we arrived we were advised that we had been upgraded to a deluxe suit but when we went to the room is contained 2 singles beds, we phoned reception and asked for 1 bed as we were traveling as a couple, the staff quickly found us another room but unfortunately it was not as suitable r nice as the one they upgraded us to and there was no other rooms available. we still did enjoy our stay and would book again.
Clean, beautiful view.
This was one of the BEST hotels I have ever been to! Clean, pretty, and the view was everything! The staff's friendliness was also a big plus.
Cons N/A
A disaster from the start. Couldn’t find our room that we booked 8 months previously. Forgot the pre ordered cot. Forgot
The guy that helped us with our luggage was brilliant.
Cons The front desk staff were hopeless. Took almost an hour to check in then they completely stuffed up our invoicing.
早餐普通, 種類不多 雖然離捷運站近但幾乎都搭計程車 房間寬敞 周圍很多餐廳或是咖啡廳
Cons 熱水不穩
