Good value for money, great hotel. would come back.

overall, this is a great hotel. Rooms are clean, big and comfy. We chose to go for the non-renovated rooms which were just about enough for us. Breakfast is really good. Staff at breakfast were really attentive, quick and professional. We booked the hotel VIP van to take us to the airport. more expensive than Bolt of Grab, but actually arrived on time and was a good choice.

Cons the elevators were the biggest challenge, You call the elevator, and this is one of those 'smart' elevator managements where you put your card against a reader, and it will choose one the the 6(?) elevators for you. apparently this really does not work well there, as we had to wait almost every time for quite a while. definitely can improve on this. one more thing, which is beyond the hotel control is the road works outside. this is challenging if you commute by taxi's, and given how busy Bangkok roads are anyway.

We had a wonderful stay at Amari Bangkok. The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Chef Bell at Amaya Food Gallery. He was very kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious dishes. His hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay at Amari Bangkok again!
