I have stayed in the property many times, it is a good place to stay for both location and comfort
Cons It is on a slope so after shopping climbing the slope can be tiring

Had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained with nice large rooms which are modern and well-kept. The beds are extremely comfortable. The work station in the room is an added bonus. Customer service was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was well organised with a wide variety suiting various different requirements. Location wise it is excellent - close to several eating areas, the malls and close to the BTS. There was construction on-going outside the hotel, but the rooms were insulated enough for it not to disturb you once inside.
