Cons muy mala atención aun sigo esperando mi factura y no me han respondido, al entregarnos la habitación estaba tapada la regadera el baño, no estaba limpio, la habitación se inundo, las toallas estaban mucho muy gastadas, la televisión no funcionaba y nada de esto pudo ser reparado durante mi estancia los precios de el bar y la cosina eran muy altos para el servicio ofrecido creo que lo que se ve en las fotos no es lo que realmente es. tal vez solo fue mala suerte para mi y otros huéspedes puedan contar una mejor historia
Our 5-star experience at Amatte
My husband and I stayed in a studio room for 2 nights, and it was a very beautiful experience. As soon as we walked into our room we fell in LOVE. Our bed was very spacious and comfortable. We had a BIG tv and a wardrobe to hold our belongings. There are very many drawers and cabinets for your use as well. The restroom is gorgeous and spacious. It had full sized shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and hand lotion. Also, there are many towels for your use. Can’t forget to mention how beautiful the sink and waterfall shower is. The staff cleaned our room and bathroom regularly. They also offer free transportation downtown! We took advantage of it and were recommended to many locations. Very thankful for how wonderful and attentive the staff was to us. When we arrived they even gave us free alcoholic beverages. The food was delicious, and we were more than delighted to enjoy the free breakfast that included multiple options. They have a couple bars and restaurants on their rooftop. The rooftop is definitely a vibe. All and all It was a beautiful experience that we hope to share together again. Love ya Amatte!!

Cons Mistakes with the bill at the restaurant. Air conditioning didnt work in TWO bedrooms. Shower floods the whole bathroom. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

On new years eve My room had an attemted break in the door was broken .I got the staff to my room and asked to be moved due to my concers.The room is called Oliva right by the maids room.They said that there is no cctv in that area.The person who attemted to break in was one of the staff,(inside job) that happened while fireworks were going off .They became aggresive and I had no choice but to leave.The hotel and the staff are very courrpt and if you stay there you will likely be a target espeailly if you are not Mexican and if you stay in room Oliva.I reported it to the Police and showed them the pictures but Its Mexico and nothing will be done about it.PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL and avoid Mexico .Any football fans going there for the world cup Dont
