Amazon Hotel Baku - Free Massage

The Hotel is going out of business. Everything is falling apart & management is totally unconcerend

Good location and in well connected area. Close to a Yisil bazar, metro station. Large Lobby lounge and nice restaurant on top floor with view of the city.

Cons Swimming pool is out of service. Only 1 lift works but messed-up control system. Free Message is only from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs when most of the people are out on business, still the elderly masseuse only takes 7-8 appointments a-day; hard to get a schedule; only got 20-mins once in 6-days of stay! Toilet has a stench that doesn't go away, complaining didn't do a thing. Breakfast has only 6-items, same menu everyday; doesn't care to refill salt or pepper shaker. When asked, the waiter lady just gives a smile saying- No have! Front desk didn't keep any of my request, changed the bed sheet after saying for 3-days. With all these issues, still taking full price.

Cons Bad smelling all and in my room

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days and had a good experience. The staff was very great and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Cons However, the location is about a 30-minute walk to Nizami Street, which can be inconvenient. Also, if you bring a guest, they charge an extra 30 manat, which was disappointing.
