Cons The airconditioning cover was lighting on the ground when we entered our room. The filter was absolutely filthy.
Excellent service! Friendly staff and complimentary shuttle to and from BOK center.

Cons The king mattress was very uncomfortable. A/C is loud.
Parking was safe....I did not notice a lot of shopping availabe within walking distance but it is a short drive to utica square where we had brunch and shopped

First of all, the staff is MARVELOUS!!!! The property didn’t look great on drive up or inside AT FIRST or at least it wasn’t what I was used to— but I was wrong, after getting comfortable I realized how nice of a hotel this is. I extended my stay
