Staffs there are so kind that tried to help us with all their efforts. There was a staff speaks Japanese, who is the best staff. Great cleanness, service, all of the experience there was perfect. Nothing unsatisfied. Thank you.

המלון ממוקם מצוין ברובע העתיק, הצוות מדהים, שירותי עוזר בכל דבר שנדרש. חזרנו פעם שנייה לפני סוף הטיול והמון דאג לשבץ לנו חדרים קרובים וטובים. המלון נעים, נוח ועם כל המתקנים הנדרשים. החדרים שלקחנו היו נקיים, המיטות והכריות נוחות והחדר היה שקט ונעים. חדר האוכל היה מצוין וארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וטעימה. הצוות דאג לכל מי שלא ירד לארוחת הבוקר לקופסאות שנשלחו לחדרים. נהנו מאוד!

Comfy Hotel with awesome staff
The hotel was very comfortable, we loved the staff they were all delightful and so helpful. Felt sorry for them as they had to juggle so many people when the Halong Bay cruises were cancelled due to the Typhoon. They did an excellent job. Nothing but praise for them.
