ANATOLE HOTEL HANOI

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Anatole Hotel. Il est situé à 2 minutes de la cathédrale, beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied (train street, old quarter, lac ...). Le personnel est attentionné et le petit déjeuner très varié. Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées, plus ou moins grandes (nous en avions 3). Attention, notez que les chambres des étages bas n'ont pas de vue (la fenêtre donne sur un autre bâtiment à 50cm. Les chambres hautes bénéficient d'une vue. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus, même si elle est petite. Nous recommandons !

Bon hôtel

La piscine et la vue sont jolis. Le personnel est très agréable, serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La chambre est grande, l'éclairage, suffisant, la douche dont on peut teinter la vitre très marrante.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Overall, very impressed with the hotel. Update: I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by customer services following my review, something I've never experienced before. Their exceptional customer service and thoughtful gesture of refunding my laundry costs genuinely impressed me. As a result, I've happily increased my rating from 8/10 to 10/10. Fantastic hospitality and a team that truly values guest feedback!

Cons Limited breakfast selection, with no halal options. Cross-contamination concerns, as omelettes without ham were cooked in the same pan used for meat. Laundry services were quite expensive. Overall: A very pleasant and comfortable stay. A few improvements to breakfast options and laundry pricing would make the experience even better.
