Cons The comfort is good but the central aircon is too cold.

Literally everything! Nicely decorated room, small details of complimentary mini bar and fruits. Quality of kids products like puzzles and coloring books were definitely a plus.

Cons The hotel is not within the Galaxy compound but outside in a separate building. Just a short walk but there was no clear sign of the hotel from Galaxy resort.

唯一缺點，半夜11:30樓下房客抽菸，透過送風管大量排到我們廁所，告知櫃檯立刻幫我們換到別間（我們原先訂兩間打通的房間，因為換房費，可惜兩晚無法睡在隔壁房），換成一間更大的套房，生日的老婆非常滿意。You know, there’s a saying, Happy Wife, Happy Life. My saying: No wife, No life! Will definitely comeback to this hotel during my next visit. My daughter lost a very precious necklace three days earlier at The Venetian and these guys are the worst. E-mailed and called them on the phone, explaining the urgency that she left it in the bathroom counter and nope, not a single reply from the manager. Why did I bring this up? We come here on vacation and try to enjoy ourselves, in Andaz, we were treated like royalty and in the Venetian, we were treated poorly!

Cons Separate locations for smokers and no -smokers so that the ventilation system can be maintained for families with kids. That’s the only fault we can find in the Andaz, but unfortunately it’s the most important fault when you are the parents of three young kids. Hopefully, the management will fix this problem the next time we visit! Second problem, there’s hardly any place to eat except across the street at The Marriotts with their Asian food court but the choices were limited. My advice, put more efforts into adding 20-50 different food options or vendors, whatever because the location is not good!

I liked the treatment of everyone they are very nice and also the cleanliness Everything we add in a connected way and the accommodation is very comfortable The internet was also the reason for my admiration in a strange way I completed my work without problems of interruption or delay The view is beautiful the price is very reasonable I loved staying in the hotel very much😄😄😄❤️

Cons There's nothing I didn't like, but I just need a taxi every time I want to go out somewhere because the place is so big and I can't walk a lot😅😅
