Lovely 5 star hotel in München
Wonderful hotel for the varied and welcoming city of München. Good links with trams and subway - reception syaff were really welcoming and exceptinally helpful when needed. A welcome surprise not only to have a complimentary drink on arrival, but a happy hour beer, wine or prosecco was so pleasant and great microbrewery on site! Danke schön!

Great rooms and great location specifically for our plans for the BMW museum and Olympic park. Mini bar included and always packed. The staff were amazing.

Visited for Business, was a great overall experience. Rooms are big, clean & comfortable, spa is the best with all facilities, breakfast was perfect, staff were welcoming and friendly
Amazong hotel
We loved this hotel, the design is gorgeous and the room very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing and we also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and was fantastic! Even if it’s out of the city centre it is a wonderful choice for Munich! You reach Marienplatz in few minutes on the subway. The spa is lovely and suuper nice!

Cons Ich habe meine Hochzeitsnacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und hatte mir für einen so besonderen Anlass natürlich einen entsprechend schönen Aufenthalt erhofft. Leider war das Gegenteil der Fall. Ausgerechnet an unserer Hochzeitsnacht wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Noch unverständlicher war allerdings, dass mich das Personal um 4 Uhr morgens aus dem Bett geklingelt hat, um zu fragen, ob man mir jetzt frische Handtücher bringen bzw. die Handtücher wechseln könne. Ich finde es absolut inakzeptabel, Gäste mitten in der Nacht wegen Handtüchern zu wecken – erst recht in der Hochzeitsnacht. Von einem Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr Organisation, Rücksichtnahme und Professionalität. Für uns war das leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung an einem Abend, der eigentlich etwas Besonderes sein sollte.
