Rooms have serious maintenance issues: broken fixtures, dim lighting, unreliable water temperature, dusty pipes visible in ceilings, and bugs. The thermostat doesn't work properly and beds are sometimes uncomfortable. Staff are genuinely friendly, but the hotel feels unfinished for the price. Book only if you need to be near the Fox Theater and accept these problems.
