Anio Boutique Hotel Hoian

Friendly efficient staff make this hotel really special

We stayed at is a lovely small hotel for 5 weeks and it is made exceptional by the staff. Special mention to the reception staff- Van, Phoebe and Lily who do everything to make your stay memorable. In the restaurant the boys were so accommodating. The door staff are always eager to help and welcome you back. It feels like you’re coming home. The housekeeping team are amazing too, everywhere is spotless. Definitely booking a return trip

Good location and great staff

A wonderful hotel well placed for the beach and the old town. Amazing team of staff make your stay memorable. Special mention to Ryan who welcomed us and made himself available for any issues or requests during our stay. Thank you also to the rest of the reception team, Van, Phoebe and Lily who welcomed us every morning, checked on our plans for the day and asked if we needed any assistance. We stayed 5 weeks in total and felt sad leaving. Thanks for our big send off team, we’ll be back next year

Not what we thought…

Staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful.

Cons Not what we expected in our stay or what is advertised. Photos don’t represent true outlook of hotel.

Super hôtel

Superbe hôtel. Personne vraiment très gentil et serviable. Belle chambre avec balcon. Super buffet. Belle piscine. Location gratuite de vélo géniale !

Cons Pendant notre séjour la zone avec les lits extérieurs autour de la piscine était en travaux donc il y avait des bruits de constructions et ouvriers autour de la pisicine et cette zone était inaccessible.

We stayed in Paradise

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and accomodating. The spa treatments are A++++ everyone should try at least a massage. Vân and Lily were outstanding, very polite and helpful at all times both of them should be recognized because they are an asset for the company. Thank you for the excellent and personalized care to us. A++++ highly recommended.

Cons Everything was amazing

Very good accommodation for a very reasonable price

It’s a beautiful boutique little hotel - with a quaint pool area and equipped with a Spa. It’s a good location, very quiet. If it rains heavily, this hotel is on high ground and won’t flood.
