Ok for one night but glad we weren't staying longer

Hotel was in a fairly central location, room was clean

Cons There was only one very thin pillow on the beds. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not even a glass that you normally get in the bathroom. My friend needed to take some tablets on arrival and we were not prepared for the lack of facilities in the room. (We did book when it was Novotel so facilities may have changed since becoming A&O which it was by the time we stayed as it did look like there had previously been these facilities in the room)

Cons Everything was very good overall. However, I received a message asking me to complete the online check-in and fill out a form one day before arrival. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to complete the process again using a different link. This was a bit annoying, so I would suggest updating the automatic message sent via Booking.com to avoid duplicate check-in procedures. Other than that, everything was excellent!
