My stay at the Arlo was incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly - they made us feel welcome right from check-in to check-out. One of the hosts said to us as we were leaving, "whenever you're next in New York, just know that this is home". A massive shout out to Alex who greeted us every single time we left and entered the lobby and always wished us "a beautiful day", Alex, you are amazing and your kindness goes a long way.
Cons .
It was a good stay.
The location of the property was amazing as it was a short walk to Times Square but also Central Park. The Cafe downstairs served the best flat whites and we liked that there were quite lounge areas for if we didn’t want to spend time in the room
Cons Lack of tea and coffee amenities in the room itself
Close to city center
Cons Small room
Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Nyc
Zona molto centrale. Struttura pulita. Staff accogliente e professionale. Ottima vista dalla camera King City.
