Мне не вернули забытие ключи в номере. Попытки связаться с персоналом, остались без результата. Еще осталс осадочек, что

Чистые и комфортные номера.

Cons Отношение персонала, заселяли почти час, плюс не было указано, что нужнее страховой депозит за каждый день проживания, а так же платный бассейн! А так же рум сервис забыл про заказ и так не принес его.

Cons If you ask Reception to organize a taxi for a destination make sure you ask for fixed price. Otherwise the driver might rip you off.

Cons The rooms are old, the mattress is not comfortable, the staff could be more invested in the visitors. When trying to call either room service or desk - they never pick up the phone. Breakfast options could be better.

Cons Service was very bad. We have to call many times for one thing. They give us room where we have to go with stairs frst and thay makes us torey because I go with my kids.

Cons Подниматься с чемоданами по лестнице в 11 вечера не очень удобно Зал слабоват - для галочки , нк или для кардио больше
