Cons The service was consistently poor. Whenever I asked a staff member for assistance—whether ordering food, requesting missing soap in my room, or addressing a broken steamer—I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking them to do their jobs. Unfortunately, this experience was not limited to one individual; I encountered the same dismissive attitude from multiple staff members.
