I had a relaxing lovely stay at Ashley Tanah Abang. The staff were friendly, had a nice atmosphere.
The Hotel has trees and greenery, the swimming pool is a central feature - nice communal area. The restaurant had great food, breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a special welcome.

Staff was very helpful, we had to extend our stay due to airport closure, they helped to accommodate smoothly. Fast service.
Cons The metal door stopper is a hazard, stubbed our toe multiple times as it’s located directly in front of the mirror, and it blends with the floor colour. Consider covering the stopper with a rubber material to make it safe.
