A wonderful place to stay at💕
It was an unexpected and wonderful surprise when the team told me that I was chosen as the Guest of the Day. They had upgraded the room to a suite and I was truly amazed by the extra mile that the team; Tarisa, Viky and Shereen took to decorate the room based on my profession as an educator. I was lost for words and touched by their thoughtfulness. The only regret I have is that I only spent a night here. I hope to come back soon💕 Keep up the good work and service Tarisa, Viky and Shereen🌸🌸

Nice, but not for me
I really wanted to like this hotel so much. the ambience was great: decorative stone in the lobby, and lots of ceramic and glass artworks including on the floors and even in the rooms. Tall ceilings and great aircon. The laundry room was very welcome. .
Cons However, two things were a problem. Firstly the room I was assigned, on level 5, had no natural light! There was a fake ‘window’ lit by a bulb, but no external window. It’s probably ok if you’re out exploring all day but I had to work and after a day inside I felt like I was in a genteel prison. Waking up without daylight was awful. The other issue was the pool - it looked amazing in the photos, but was actually wedged between reception and the dining room… and the top of the pool was a meter-high glass wall. This gives every passer-by checking in/out, and everyone eating a meal, a full view of your swimming legs and body both above and below the water. Despite the heat I couldn’t bring myself to use it, and only ever saw kids in it. These two things ultimately led me to rebook at another hotel.
