The view and the location
Clean, comfortable utility
I booked at the last minute because of a goof up at my original hotel so paid a higher rate than I would have for the hotel had I been in a position to book in advance. That aside, the staff was helpful and friendly, the room had what I needed and everything felt brand new. The room was equipped with a roomy safe, a convenient place for my luggage, desk space and a coffee maker. There was a filtered water station on my floor, which was great.
