Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds, but some are tiny with cramped bathrooms. Staff vary wildly from accommodating to dismissive, and the hotel rejected a guest with an emotional support animal despite documentation. Location near Pike Place Market is excellent, breakfast quality depends on the restaurant, and prices are reasonable for the area.
