Excellent hotel - but not for the disabled guest (yet)
A week in this light, airy hotel on the outskirts of Paphos proved a better-than-expected base for our Cyprus holiday. The staff were magnificent and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. I am disabled and the hotel is not really geared up for disabled guests: there are no disabled/accessible toilets in the public spaces of the hotel, with the gents in the -1 level having only one widened cubicle, but it's not big enough to accommodate a mobility scooter and the toilets are at the end of a corridor which is very narrow and difficult to negotiate. The outside toilets are down a steep flight of steps and cannot be negotiated by people such as myself with no legs. There is a scooter ramp in the lobby which allows access to two bars/lounges but doesn't allow access to the outside terraces. Ours was not a disabled bedroom and the shower very narrow with no grab handles and an extremely dangerous marble floor which was lethal when wet. The hotel has only two accessible rooms which isn't enough; the Tui website says that the hotel is not suited for disabled guests - and I think that's quite accurate. We went with Jet2 Holidays who telephoned the hotel before the booking could be confirmed, and the hotel were happy to take the booking where they really should have declined it if there was no disabled room available. The food was excellent in the Atrium restaurant, the service outstanding , the noise from the road outside the hotel was loud, which affected our landward facing room. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the price we paid was a fair reflection of the quality of the hotel, good value for money. All in all, this is a lovely hotel but I believe it needs to offer more disabled facilities if it is to accept more disabled guests - which I understand is its aim. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we hope to be back.

Fantastic Hotel
We have stayed at this hotel on 4 occasions. The view from reception is fantastic, especially when the sun is shining. Reception area is excellent. The rooms have everything that you need and are kept exceptionally clean, staff are very friendly in all areas. We had an issue with our room not having hot water, but we got moved to another room straight away. We are back September, we can't wait to return.

Wonderful comfortable 4* Hotel with great food and facilities. Great value in spring
Wonderful 10 days at this great hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Side Sea View room ( facing west ) was superb, best laid out bathroom ever with mirrors, hooks, lights all in right place for one! Sea view from our bed and lovely sunsets. Breakfasts were amazing, as good/better than 5* we have been to. Buffet dinner was also incredible, all freshly cooked and lots of choice. Little shop to buy bottled water etc at local supermarket prices. Lots of space to lounge indoors or out. Lovely 40min sea walk to Paphos Harbour & main archaeology site with incredible mosaics. Great bus service from front of hotel. Lots of evening entertainment & activities if desired.

Bowls Tour to remember.
First visit to this hotel and we will certainly be returning. Hotel is spotless, food was excellent and plenty of activities to take part in. We were on a Bowls trip and I can’t praise Gary and Lorna enough for their organisation in what was at the time difficult circumstances. Very helpful and accommodating. Also Rayna and her team who looked after us very well in the Restaurant, making sure we could all sit near each other for Breakfast and Dinner.

A pleasant hassle-free stay
I stayed for a week as part of an HF walking holiday. I had a classic room with a sea view with large twin beds. The room was spacious with a table and chairs. The room was spotless with no maintenance issues. The only thing I didn't like was that the ensuite included a shower over the bath rather than a walk-in shower. The wifi worked well with no discernible speed-related issues. Our breakfasts and dinners consisted of a buffet in a large dining room. The food was well prepared with lots of variety. Waiters took your orders for drinks (house wine is 13 euro for half a bottle) and delivered them promptly. The hotel is located next to the sea with a promenade leading into the town (about 20 minutes walk). We were told to drink bottled water which is available, along with many other food and non-food products, from the on-site shop at 0.8 euro per litre.
