We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Palm. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. The staff were absolutely amazing — always friendly, polite, smiling, and greeting us whenever we passed by. This small detail really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel was extremely clean, and the service was excellent. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Our children had the best time! They absolutely loved Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, and there were so many activities to keep them entertained. It is truly an amazing hotel for families with children. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are impressive, and there is always something to do. We also loved the variety of restaurants and the overall quality of the experience. What stood out the most for us was the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, friendly staff, and amazing activities for children. It felt like much more than just a hotel stay — it was a complete family experience and created beautiful memories for us. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend Atlantis The Palm to families visiting Dubai. ❤️
