It was at a perfect location very close to campus
A comfortable and convenient stay overall, with a few service-related drawbacks.
The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well located, especially if you want to be close to the Moody Center while still having easy access to downtown Austin. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and everything worked smoothly during our stay. A very solid option in Austin and one I would definitely consider again.
Cons Breakfast was not included in the room rate, which was disappointing. Also, the woman working at the One Twenty 5 Café was quite unfriendly and did not provide the level of customer service you would expect from the hotel.

Good facilities, but too noisy to get any sleep.
This is a nice hotel with good restaurant and bar situated close to the university. Parking is ample, location for UT could not be better.
Cons I paid extra for a room with university view only to be told such a thing does not exist, so don’t fall for that. The rooms facing MLK Boulevard are noisy, unless you are a fan of all night muscle car racing. I did not sleep well. I made several attempts to discuss this with booking.com and the hotel but nobody was prepared to listen. I’ll stay somewhere quieter with better customer service next time.
Great place to stay on campus. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Excellent service
