AT&T Hotel and Conference Center

Perfect place to stay for an event at the Moody center.

Loved the location, staff, and overall cleanliness of the hotel. We stayed to attend a concert and it was a great choice, 15 minute walk to the Moody center and we would most definitely stay again.

Cons Only downside was that the WIFI didn't work in the room. When we informed the front desk they said it was a known problem and there was nothing they could do. We were traveling for fun so WIFI was not a big part of our stay, but for a hotel that bills itself as a conference center working WIFI should be a given.

Cons coffee maker in my room was broken so I had to go downstairs and buy a $5 black coffee parking and construction not ideal

We love the location and atmosphere we will continue to stay here while visiting our daughter.

A comfortable and convenient stay overall, with a few service-related drawbacks.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well located, especially if you want to be close to the Moody Center while still having easy access to downtown Austin. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and everything worked smoothly during our stay. A very solid option in Austin and one I would definitely consider again.

Cons Breakfast was not included in the room rate, which was disappointing. Also, the woman working at the One Twenty 5 Café was quite unfriendly and did not provide the level of customer service you would expect from the hotel.
