I stayed for 3 days in Feb, during carnival week, when the city is quite empty, and so was the hotel, except on Valentine's day, where local couples booked rooms to stay and the rooftop pool/bar was quite busy. Room: spa…

Absolutely loved our stay. Lots of homeless people to feed off the balcony. Nice pool with lots of pee in it. Overall great stay
