The resort was nice
Cons We booked a king suite w/ balcony that was beachfront. They gave away our room due to an overnight layover (AA pulled their 9:30 flight from charlotte to Ft. Lauderdale due to mechanical issues. I called B Ocean resort at 9:47pm and Devan in reservations (no answer at the desk) promised that our room would be fine and since we were flying in the next morning it’d be ready as soon as we got there. Ended up having to stay in a jr suite that was ocean view and the price was the same. Absolutely ridiculous
The resort was lovely. The staff was always helpful. Would definitely be back!
Will stay again
The manager Mark was very accommodating and hands-on with resolving any issues that we had during our stay. Kudos to Mark and his staff!
Cons Location was great. Parking was a little pricey $60 for valet $50 for the parking garage across the street.
