The staff is ok, with some of them proving caring with their customers while other showing lazyness. Not many facilities, terrible Wi-Fi, 5 times slower than my cellphone internet.

It has good room service but the fact that there is no drinkable water in the building and that you get charged by consuming water of the minibar is a let down.

The hotel infrastructure looks old and they had problems with the air condocioner, the restaurant is bad and the experience was just ok.
